On the Table continued as a widely successful campaign built on a simple idea: bringing people together -friends, neighbours, coworkers, or even strangers, to share meaningful conversations over food.

Rather than hosting a single event,  a platform was created that empowered people to organize their own gatherings. The concept was simple: choose a meal, pick a discussion topic, and spark a conversation. At the heart of it all was one key question: “What’s on your mind?”

With the shift online, the campaign remained rooted in BC, Canada but became more accessible to a wider audience. A newly designed website provided hosts with essential resources, while a mailed toolkit helped facilitate engaging discussions. This digital expansion allowed more people to take part, and making meaningful conversations easie.
